The Baldwin Rd sunroom renovation focuses on transforming an enclosed, underutilized space into a warm, inviting extension of the home for year round use. The design direction centers on natural light, soft neutrals, and a calming palette inspired by sand, stone, and warm woods, creating a cohesive and elevated retreat.

The project began with a full visual plan, including a curated color palette, digital mood boards, and 3D renderings to demonstrate the proposed layout, material combinations, and furniture selections. Several iterations of dining chair and table options were explored to balance comfort, scale, and budget while maintaining visual harmony with the sectional, rug, and window treatments.

Key design decisions include a light oak foundation for flooring and furniture, tonal upholstery to keep the room airy, and soft blue curtains to frame the windows and enhance the natural surroundings. Layered rugs, textured textiles, and organic accessories add warmth without overwhelming the space. Inspiration references were drawn from modern sunrooms with relaxed, neutral styling to ensure the final concept feels both timeless and inviting.

Overall, the renovation delivers a cohesive, comfortable living and dining environment that embraces natural light, supports everyday functionality, and creates a serene atmosphere ideal for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the changing seasons.
